Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on any of the products listed on my website. However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact me via ellensusanigoeart@gmail.com or info@ellensusanigoeart.com with your order number and I will do my best to rectify the issue for you. You must send photos to show any damage that may have happened during shipping/transit.

Damaged Prints

Please check your order carefully once it arrives and contact me immediately if it is damaged or defective in any way. 

In the case of a defective card, artwork or otherwise you will be sent a new product as a replacement. In the case of there being no available product to replace (or if it is an item marked limited edition) then you will be refunded the full amount including shipping costs paid at the time of order.
