Ellen Susan Igoe reserves sole copyright to all pieces of artwork unless otherwise otherwise formally agreed in writing with signatures of all parties involved.

We reserve the right to remove any email subscriber from the website at any time without explanation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if required.

Deposits of any amount (50% of full cost) on commissioned artwork or other by Ellen Susan Igoe is non-refundable in all circumstances.

“Exposure” or exchange of services in lieu of payment for time spent on work of any kind by Ellen Susan Igoe will strictly NOT be accepted.
